Both visual checks and electrical tests will be carried out.
Visual checks include checking sockets and lights for damage or deterioration. Also checking the fuse box making sure it is in good condition and that everything complies with safety regulations. We will also look at cabling and wiring.
Electrical tests involve measuring the resistance of the earthing, and to check insulation of wiring.
